Water Damage Gallery in Temecula

Storm water came off the slope behind us and into the downstairs bedroom at midnight. They were pumping by 2am, and the next morning they walked the yard and showed us the buried weep screed that was the real problem.

Septic backed up after four days of rain. They told me to have the tank pumped and wait two days before cleanup instead of starting immediately, which saved me from paying twice. Clean work when they did come.

Cupped hardwood over a slab. They ran mat drying for eight days, metered every morning, and told us to wait a month before refinishing. The floor flattened out and only needed a light sand.

Ceiling stained during a windy rain and two roofers wanted to replace the whole tile roof. These guys found cracked underlayment and a missing kickout flashing, dried the attic, and pointed us to a lift-and-relay.
